No Photos

I have just noticed that it has been a while since I posted a treasured photo so went back through Lightroom to the first of this year and found, to my surprise and anguish, that I have nothing really worthy of publication. Lots of family events photos that are of interest to the people in them but they are mostly just records of events and people and if you don’t know them, there’s nothing there for you.

I have found one photo that I like, my true love next to my family and friends, so I’m going to post it here with a promise to sling my cameras and go back to creating. Taken on location June 14th, 2016, in Madison, Tennessee, my home away from home, my Challenger:

I took this iPhone photo as we were getting ready to pull out so the curtains are open, the awning is furled and my pickup is hooked up.

Bugs on the Windshield

View from the driver’s seat. Most of these taken with Camera+ on an iPhone mounted on the windshield. Safety was never compromised in the capture of these images. This is a non-commercial, personal-use-only creation, all done by me with the exception of the music by one of my all time favorites, David Allen Coe.

My Favorite Photo for June 2013

At a truck stop in Leavenworth, Indiana waiting for the storm to hit and hoping my ten hour break is up and I can leave before it does. I love the beauty of storms but I want to be moving when they hit.
